So slow sync detection before to upload, please optimize

Describe the bug
I was using MEGA cloud. You add a new file in local folder, it takes just few seconds to upload it to the cloud. With Filen, it can take up to 10 minutes to upload just a little PDF document. I'm running the app on a Windows 11 PC with latest Filen version 3.0.40. It's a little configured PC that is used just to sync my NAS with the cloud. Not running other apps, just the cloud sync client.

Experienced this morning with a PDF file (about 200 kb !!) added to my network NAS. The Filen app showed a sync message about 5 minutes before to upload the file to the cloud.

EDIT : copied just few photos on a folder. The app took 5 minutes to show a message Reading local and cloud folder. It stopped and the new copied files have never been uploaded ! It just won't detect the changes on the synced folder.

Expected behavior
Detect and upload immediatly a new file added in a local folder that is synced.

OS (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11 24H2
• Hardware configuration : Dell Intel i5-8500T, 16 GB RAM
• Filesystem and Disk type used : SSD with NTFS
