Describe the bug
When syncing files, the estimated remaining times only show up as "1s" when ending in "1s". E.g. "32m 1s" or "1m 1s" only show up as "1s".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a longer running sync, e.g. by copying a bunch of files into a synced folder
  2. Go to the Syncs page, select the corresponding sync and watch the bottom panel
  3. The estimated time left will at some point go from something like "2m 2s" to "1s" and then to "1m 59s"

Expected behavior
I'd expect the estimated time to go from "2m 2s" to "2m 1s" to "2m" (although maybe in a format that corresponds to the selected locale).
