Por exemplo, https://imacros.net/overview/automation/ ou https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/kantu-browser-automation/ (ou outro, esses foram os primeiros que apareceram no Google).

Ao menos para os e-SICs sem CAPTCHA. A questão é se esses programas aceitam parâmetros para variáveis, ou se eles só repetem exatamente o que você fez.
