When creating / moving a note, icon doesn't appear (ruled)

Describe the bug
When I create a new note or move a note into another folder, the icon doesn't appear. I need to go into the settings and manually trigger the regex to add them.

It should be linked with #562

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set an empty rules or a rules with \.md$
2. Create a new note
3. See no icon

Expected behavior
Icon should appear after some times.
