Make text selectable

All the text in the app cannot be selected, since information is not always in English it's hard to manually translate these.

I am not to familiar with android programming but if it's possible allow selection of text.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using universal copy app it's possible to select text but it's usage is clumsy and not always correct.
