When opening the Goto Anything window, the current selection is inserted correctly.
The first list entry is not selected by default which makes it impossible to just hit enter and jump to that file, for example. Also, the first hit does not show up in the preview, which is a consequence of that.
Is there a way to preselect the first hit?

I just ran into this as well, dug a little bit, and it turns out that the answer is "not really but sort of" – you can trigger keyboard action on the overlay by, for example, running the "left_delete" command (equivalent to pressing Backspace). I did exactly that in pull request #2. :)
