Add geofencing to mobile app

The app should have geo-fencing to make sure that it only opens the door when you're near the building. This is to avoid opening doors when you're not around, e.g. you're showing the app to your friends and open the garage door in the middle of the night by mistake.

I guess as an alternative the app should ask for confirmation before opening when it's not possible to determine the location (gps is disabled) or you're not near the building.
