Dev UI: Server starting slow -> error->restart issues

Screen recording shows that I try to start a server with my non-default account. The server starting is slow (compared to prod version). The its gives me an HTTP error... but you can see my mail is jumping (possibly indicating that my server has been started but the UI is saying it is not so). Then when I click to start my server again it gives an issue saying my server has already started.

But now I at least only receive on email saying my PROOF server is ready!
