In the "Track Workflows" tab, the start date goes empty when you click "Reset all filters", pretty sure it has to do with the changes made in #193, sorry about that. Tagging @sckott for visibility.

Hmm, looks like filtering workflows is borked again - it's complicated, will have a look at all the filtering components again
