Running python tests in a command line might fail with the following error message:
UnicodeEncodeError: 'charmap' codec can't encode character '\U0001f680' in position 4: character maps to <undefined>
This stems from the 🚀 (possibly same with ✔️ and ❌) emoji not being supported by the environment python is run in.
Under windows, put
set PYTHONIOENCODING=utf-8
in the build.cmd
