Running python tests in a command line might fail with the following error message:

UnicodeEncodeError: 'charmap' codec can't encode character '\U0001f680' in position 4: character maps to <undefined>

This stems from the 🚀 (possibly same with ✔️ and ❌) emoji not being supported by the environment python is run in.

Workaround

Under windows, put

set PYTHONIOENCODING=utf-8

in the build.cmd
