Add Gambas Basic programming language to Friend #73

Hi,
Gambas Basic is here:
http://gambas.sourceforge.net/en/main.html

Gambas can be used to design Web UI, CGI, commandline etc apps
Gambas has GUI designer, so it could run in Liberator
Alternatively, Friend GUI designer could be made to produce Gambas-compatible code
Gambas code on serverside runs with CGI
Gambas is Linux IDE, and can also run on Windows with Cygwin.
Could also run the command line version and compile via Friend Create.
