Thanks @universal963 ! I just added it - It will detect when windows is set to chinese and automatically enable it, there is no need to change any settings

to all other translation contributors, windowboxing simply means these black/empty bars which occurs if you look old 4:3 fomat movies on a wide screen display. maybe this will help to translate it.

According to my research, the terms Windowboxing, tick and shader are specialized terms in computer technology. Therefore, when translating, their meanings are not accurately conveyed, so I will leave them as they are. If there are any errors, please feel free to let me know.

Tick and Shader has no translations into other languages (I think). Windowboxing is the (possible) result of integer scaling so the option could be simply called Enable Integer Scaling, integer scaling which could cause this "Windowboxing".
