  • Email [email protected] and Robert Smudde ([email protected]) to understand records management and retention policy for emails recieved in the inbox and ZenDesk communications for each email.
  • Document guidance from Robert Smudde and create implemention plan

Next steps:

  • review ZenDesk functionality to locate archived tickets
  • create SOP for extracting and storing tickets outside of ZenDesk, following a 3 year retention timeline
