Include link to resume best practices
There is some weird spacing issues under Step 1. @jaredbain this is where the external link square should be. Can you add it? Thanks!
Under Step 2 add “Note, applications may closer sooner than November 17th due to application capacity limitations, so we encourage you to apply early!”
Update video references with the new link
