FPKI Bridge Member Needs to be removed from identity services page

Description of Issue:

DirectTrust Identity has been decommissioned and is no longer offering PKI services that are cross certified by FBCA

Details of Issue:

Removal of DirectTrust as a bridge service needs to be removed from the following page:
https://www.idmanagement.gov/trust-services/#private-sector-pki-trust-framework

Possible Solution

Just remove the DirectTrust row in the table.
