Homepage content updates in advance of 12/9/24 blog post

A new blog post is being reviewed to be published on our around 12/9/24, and we need to make sure the homepage is ready to go for it.

i could chat directly with cathy, but i do presume there will be a link from the blog post to notify.gov. so is the follow up to understand what content may link to the blog from notify.gov? thanks!
