Identifying Rank and Swags

Hello,
How should I Identify what is my rank and also is there any contributors list announced? I have made the Pull Request PR but I don't know is it accepted or not and will I be eligible for Postman and GSSOC swags.

And for the postman challenge they have announced the winners in 3 batches you can check their LinkedIn page for the info - https://www.linkedin.com/company/girlscriptsoc/

For getting to know has your PR has been merged or not, you can open the main page of GitHub and on the top right corner of your profile page you can see the PR icon, click on that you can see how many PRs have been merged or open or closed.

For GSSOC swags you need to be in top 100 as much I know but you will get the digital badges alongwith the certificate.
