Good morning,
thank you for your feedback.
I finished installing the bot. However, when I launch it in administrator mode and click play, I get a message:
No windows found with title: Rise of Kingdoms

You need to run the official windows version of the game, it sounds like you are maybe running it from within an emulator like bluestacks.

Hello, @vw-joker is right. Maybe could also be a different language, is your ROK window called Rise of Kingdoms?
