Mouse curser disappears, cannot click on items with mouse.

Added the option to not replace the Instant action screen.
If the file "addon2\0\shell-options\use_0_patch_instant_action_screen.txt" exists , Instant action screen will be overridden.
If it's not there, then Aspyr's instant action screen will be used by default; but the Mod Patch Instant action screen (the one with movie background) will still be accessible via the ModMenuTree.
