Update Rootbeer latest version in the jail-monkey

Rootbeer library has fixed the security issue in the version 0.1.0. But jail monkey dependency(rootbeer) version is not updated in the android build.gradle file. Could you please update the latest version of rootbeer ?

@Manikandan707 Actually I am facing some issues that the plugin is not giving correct response for some of the Android devices. Does updating to your suggestion fix that issue or it is for something else ?

I am running in Vivo V19 v11.0 and still getting the response as it's jailbroken.
