Establishing Milestones for FY25

GSC meeting resulted in some great discussions and we have some big plans.
Would be good to organize the accomplishments we hope to achieve this year around GitHub Milestones.

Proposed milestones

• Release MIxS v7 : https://github.com/GenomicsStandardsConsortium/mixs/milestone/6
  • Add new extensions & checklists
• Documentation of contribution policies & update policies & needs
• Expand LinkML to include different combinations & slot usage (MISIP + MIGS , Ancient DNA + another extension, adding slots)
  • Maybe this is really asking is extensions and checklists is the best format for validation?
• Term Updates requested by users
• Finalize GSC's policy for missing term values & mapping INSDC

Recommendation, "new terms" should be linked to extensions or checklists.
I think there's a couple new term requests that are unclear to me if they're associated with an existing class
