Releasing as 0.2.0 with substantial changes in the build system. Tested along with ome/omero-marshal#78 to extract annotated ROIs & shapes from an OMERO installation. |

Follows on from ome/ome-zarr-py#346 and ome/omero-marshal#78 to move to pyproject.toml and setuptools_scm (slightly reverting #4 after @will-moore's investigation in ome/omero-cli-zarr#159)
