Use custom picture for play/pause in message's voice recording view

What are you trying to achieve?

I want to change this play image (and pause too)

I tried looking into code, but I see this image is not taken from theme. Could you please add them to theme?

We are going to audit this component, as it clearly does not use the theme correctly. We will let you know once we have this ready. It should fix all the theme problems.
