Android does not ring audibly (no ringing sound)

Describe the bug
Even when configured with sound: "default" in setPushConfig, calls do not ring on Android.

To Reproduce

1. Follow the steps here to build the expo-video-sample sample app onto a physical android device ("Device 1") and another device or emulator ("Device 2").
2. "Sign in" with a different user on each device, for example as Vishal on Device 1 and as Santhosh on Device 2
3. On Device 2, under "Ringing call - Select Participants", select "Vishal Narkhede - id: vishalexpo". Then press the Start a New Ringing Call button

Expected behavior
I expect that the physical device, "Device 1", will ring audibly, but it only vibrates

hi @softwarebyze, can you please doublecheck that the "Device 1" was not on "silent" mode accidentally?
