Idk how to do interfacing between instances of player-scoped apps. gnembon, feel free to take over.

Well now that I know enough about events to make this work, I've almost forgotten what it what it was about.
But essentially it's something along the lines of ops being able to access some commands or something like that. I can't remember anymore lol
