As a system administrator, I want developers to be able to deploy hundreds of apps simultaneously without having to triage preformance issues with external-dns or cert-manager

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Confirm that hundreds of apps can be brought online in a timely manner without crashing external-dns.
  • Certificates should be created per domain using HTTP01 resolver
