Export mesh as STL #151

Would work best with a fix to #67 too.

STL meshes can be produced using Paraview but it's a bit convoluted:

open the .vti file in paraview
apply a contour filter
set the desired contour level
apply the filter
use File > Save Geometry... to export as STL
