JSON schema for manifest.json V3

I'm not sure whether this is the right place to ask but it would be great to have an up to date JSON schema definition for the manifest.json file which would improve the authoring experience in editors like VSC. You could even consider adding it to schemastore.org.

I can't find the permission for devtools within the enumeration.

devtools isn’t a permission. There’s the chrome.devtools.panels/inspectedwindow/etc APIs. those use the devtools_page key in the manifest. The debugger permission is used for some devtools related stuff
