java.io.IOException: MetaException(message:Persistence Manager has been closed)

Running the test suite yields a lot of exceptions like this one:

java.io.IOException: MetaException(message:Persistence Manager has been closed)

Generally those are just noise and don't interfere with the execution of the tests, although I suspect it might slow things down a bit.

I've raised the issue with the HiveRunner library: HiveRunner/HiveRunner#173

I suspect it's not caused by the connector's code. However, it might be caused either by the HiveRunner library, or by how we set up the tests -- Perhaps we might need to do some special cleanup between each test.
