ArchR is a good package

Just wanted to say I used ArchR and learned a lot. ArchR is a pretty good package as it has fully open source code, and has a fairly simple workflow with only a single ArchR object (instead of multiple different objects for each step, which is tedious and complicates making pipelines). It has nice downstream analysis features that could be built on further (peak-2-gene linkage is like a rudimentary step towards GRN). IMO what it is missing the most besides maintenance , is a properly performing setup for integration of multiple samples , removal of batch effect and such.

Anyway, Hope you continue to get funding needed for the project !
