Add reference doc about our internal metrics

After finishing #599 , we will need a list of all internal standard metrics and add explanation for each of them. These listed metrics item will be treated as part of our interface and should keep consistent between releases when applicable.

Then we can make pre-built grafana dashboards based on these metrics.
