Google Documents List API Deprecation Policy #308

At https://developers.google.com/google-apps/documents-list/terms its implying that the Documents List API will not necessarily be maintained anymore. Parent pages suggest going to Google Drive SDK, which I think would be https://developers.google.com/drive/v2/reference/. Are there any efforts to use the new Google Drive SDK?
