Use nfs mount for wct_plugins sync

In a Connections deployment with different machines for ihs and dmgr you need a special ssh configuration for ssh agent forward.

When there is a missing piece in the ssh configuration the wct plugin sync hangs with the error "Failed to connect to the host via ssh: Shared connection".

The use of NFS could avoid this error.
