Remove username prompt from terminal in Linux KitClient #31

Currently the Linux KitClient prompts the user for their name the first time the terminal opens. This was done so that the command prompt would include a unique student identifier when screen shots were taken. The activities have been revised to remove those questions and thus the rationale for this prompt customization is no longer valid. This will require:

It may be worth at the same time removing the KitClient terminology from the output of the script that runs when the Linux KitClient is started in GitPod: https://gitlab.com/hfossedu/kits/kitclient-linux-gitpod. The exercises have moved to using "development environment" rather than KitClient. There are still a few places the exercises in source/ch-communities-and-collaboration/sec-local-development-environment.ptx that mention "KitClient" because of that output. These would then need to be updated also.
