Artifacts text for profiles and extensions is the same #211

The default text on the artifacts page for both profiles and extensions is "These define constraints on FHIR data types for systems conforming to this implementation guide". Is this intended?

Also the description for SearchParameters has a period at the end, while the other descriptions don't.
