Split artifacts page to use a fragment

To allow optional rendering of the artifacts, we could generate the artifacts fragment, which could be replaced by a custom fragment
(assuming it is possible/easy for a custom template to overwrite a generated fragment)

Will create a standard page that points to a fragment and update the template to generate a fragment instead.
