IF the IG was generated with differences enabled to a specific release, then we'll turn on a checkbox element that will allow users to turn differences on or off. If on, the text rendering classes for new, changed, removed will highlight the content. Otherwise, they won't (and for removed, will hide the content entirely). Will also cause the 'changed' fragments to be displayed instead of the 'normal' fragments.
