Export dependency graph data

It would be great if one could get access to the internally generated dependency graph in a format that is easy to parse. If it is not significantly more effort, the topological order could be included as well. This would enable better tooling support.

Right now, one can see both of these by using Holmake --no_action, but it does not seem to be in an easy to process form.
