Maybe a bit Localization (german and english) should be implemented.

Is there a Framework? Something similliar to the .mo and .mod files from Linux?!
Doing it by hand would be a bit disgusting?!

Well, there is no Framework I know. But I have an easy (and static, means no API or Server needed) Way in Mind to implement this Feature.

Talk to you on Meeting about this in Detail.

if there is a problem, i will add a possibility to the server-app or you can use this service ... http://smart-ip.net/geoip-api
