gbs gbs1 gbs2 gbs7 dialog overlap in german (add additional dialog delay)
German dialogs are longer, when playing on a English server with a german version dialogs get cut off or overlap.
Additional delay to the dialogs based on the language can resolve that.
This isn't a difficult task but extremely time consuming.
