Change server address in the app to use self-hosted server

I know that i can build it myself with the correct server address, but this way i would need to rebuild it each time an update comes out, doesn't seem very practical.
#383 has been closed without solving the issue
something like in #384 could work, like a Secret Settings section to avoid casual users from changing it unintentionally.
