这种通知能不能做成chrome的桌面通知

一打开就弹个Alert，某些时期还有全屏“广告”，太烦了
自动弹出问卷调查和未读邮件数都应该拦截，做成通知的形式

~~效果如下~~错误的示范：

Postime为你拦截了2封邮件和1个问卷。

别做成360！
