Error found in Contact Page.

Issue Description:
Nothing happens when I Click submit button in the contact form. Even after filling the necessary fields it does not execute its function nor does it displays error message.

Why this issue needs to be fixed:
We need to fix this because it is the medium customer feedback is sent to us. We need loose potential customer and their insightful feedback if not fixed.

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
Go to the contact page on the website.
Fill all necessary fields on the form.
Click on "Submit" button.
Observe that nothing happens nor an error messages is displayed.

Additional Information related to the bug:
-Chrome Browser: Chrome 90.02.132
Operating System: Windows 10
No errors message is found in console log.
