AI Chatbot with information about the COVID-19 pandemic

Purpose

Nighingale, named after (Florence Nightingale)[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Florence_Nightingale] is a chatbot designed to deliver information regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.
