Clearing cache on delivery nodes when source item is update & published.

Scenario:

/sitecore
  /content
    /home
      /sample

sample has a field using ancestor fallback. The value of the field is coming from the home item. When the value of the field on the home item is updated and published, the delivery node's cache isn't cleared.
