There was brief discussion of possibilities. I think having a name-collision (modulo case)
with python module is undesirable. Just my 2c.

SpatialDataR as in https://github.com/scverse/anndataR ?

If people are happy with SpatialDataR, I can make the corresponding changes asap. Else we can perhaps hold a poll with open suggestions/voting?
