Shift the URL to the front of the message.
Implement a 'Max Title Length'
Do something about links that have been mentioned dozens of time... they clutter the hell out of the channel.

Also, stop the bot from trying to send a blank 'previous messages' chat. (example: http://portal.hive13.org/irclogger/index.php?d=2014-02-27#msg247142 )
