Suspicious number of cases in N and E tips. By chain plot suggsts convergence issues although the rhat plot is ok. Maybe all have large variance.

Suggestion: investigate further number, consider removing these edge pixels.

All diagnostics ok but high rates in N and SE possibly due to small sfrac.

Opinion: Temp Approve but rerun with higher sfrac_thresh_border
