Data pull: |
Model run: |
On pixel with > 1e6 cases in the north, should be removed. Rest is ok. Suggestion: Investigate further and re-run with higher sfrac. |
Diagnostics ok but NE cell has high rate. Opinion: Temp Approve and rerun with higher sfrac_thresh_border |
Model run: HASH: |
Not sure why table 6 has more than one annual observation for each year. |
I think the OC 80 national annual estimates in Table 6 are different because they actually represent Zanzibar and I think we manually changed ZNZ to admin 0 in some places for plotting purposes -- (not sure how the cdr is pulling the admin level now). All diags look good. |
Sep 2023 Production run: all OK. Suggestion: accept. |
Table 6 is a mix of TZA Mainland and ZNZ. OCs 20398 and 20397 have large discrepancies relative to OC 80, which I believe should be a high quality data source. Action Required @QLLZ : Audit OCs 20398 and 20397 to validate the observations in Tab 6 Rerun the cdr so we can see if there is a 2014 TZA Mainland imputed observation We don't think imputation gets triggered if at least one of Mainland or ZNZ has an admin 0. Could change it so that ZNZ is no treated as admin 0 as one possible solution |
Confirmed the two observations in OC 20398 and OC 20397. They are both cases reported in Zanzibar. |
Based on the regenerated country data report, there's no 2014 TZA mainland imputed observation. |
Rerun where Mainland and ZNZ are no longer admin 0 observations. Standard run settings |
