Issue with visualisation

I am trying to use the tool to make a visualisation for an evidence synthesis paper but some BCTs do not fit properly in the hierarchy.

Some BCTs are floating off of the main hierarchy. Any fixes would be appreciated for use in the paper.

I noticed one item was not a BCT but rather a behaviour but removing it did not fix the visualisation
